Sessions last 50 minutes to 1 hour and are fully client-led, empowering you to explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace.

Before committing to ongoing sessions, you can request an initial assessment with one of our accredited therapists for just £25.00.

This introductory session allows you to experience our approach and determine if it feels right for you.
