This warm, supportive program is designed especially for caring parents, carers and guardians like you.

Your journey here is all about empowerment – helping you to , and in your child’s life. We know that keeping children safe comes from connection, awareness, and trust, not fear.
This course will help you reconnect with your instincts and build the confidence to protect your children and your family.

We begin with a live, interactive WELCOME session scheduled for Friday, 23rd May – 18.00 -19.00, to kick off the learning journey. If you missed the Live session, you can still continue to the pre-recorded presentation video.  During the introduction, you’ll hear a real lived experience example, shared with care and purpose.
This story helps bring the learning to life, offering valuable insights into the importance of adult responses and emotional regulation when a child discloses harm.

Start with the Introduction – watch the video presentation first, which is hosted on Canva. The slides are narrated. To listen you need to press the small TV icon a the top of your screen. Wait a few seconds after the presenter stops speaking before pressing the arrow at the bottom of the screen to move you onto the next slide. Repeat to the end. Once you’ve watched the presentation. Download the worksheets from the google classroom and complete the 10 x multiple choice quiz questions before continuing.

Next, you will move through six pre-recorded modules at your own pace. Each module includes an engaging presentation video, downloadable worksheets and reflection exercises,  and a 10 question multiple choice quiz to reinforce your learning.
After you complete all six modules, you are welcome to join an optional live Q&A session to ask questions and share reflections. Every step is paced to help you feel comfortable and supported.

A target of 80% overall to pass. This means you need at least 90 points out of a possible 112. 

Please don’t worry  – we want you to pass and we will support you to do that.
Upon completing the modules, you are invited to join us for a final optional live session. This is your chance to connect, clarify any doubts, and celebrate what you’ve learned. We will confirm the date of the live session at a later date.

You can download all worksheets directly from the assignment or if you prefer, you can request copies for printing to be emailed to you – just let us know!

• Each module comes with a video presentation. Watch in your own time, get comfortable and take notes if you wish.
• Reflect on the key points, apply the learning to your own experiences and deepen your understanding.
• Answer 10 questions after each session to check our understanding.
• There’s no rush. Pause when you need to, and return when you feel ready.
• Some of the material may stir emotions. Be kind to yourself – take breaks, seek support and practice compassion.
• If you have any questions or need help at any point, you’re not alone -we’re here for you.
• This is a free course because every family deserves access to this knowledge and empowerment
