FEES

Counselling sessions are available to book in multiples of eight and can be delivered online via zoom or socially distanced, face to face at our premises in Hawick. The first session is a Free initial assessment and lasts for 60 minutes.

The cost of Counselling varies depending on a person’s ability to pay.

Full priced sessions are charged at £35.00 per session, the total cost = £245.00 for seven paid sessions, first session free.

Flexible payment options are available.

As a Community Interest Company our aim is to ensure counselling services are accessible to everyone, therefore we offer a Pay What You Can service for people on low wages and no incomes, ranging from £10.00 up to £25.00  (per session).

Pay What You Can sessions are also booked in multiples of eight and can be delivered online via zoom or socially distanced face to face at our premises in Hawick.  Weekly and Monthly payment options are available.

£10.00 per session (£70.00 in total)

£15.00 per session (£105.00 in total)

£20.00 per session (£140.00 in total)

£25.00 per session (£175.00 in total).

Individual payment plans are available to spread the cost, weekly, fortnightly or monthly. Ask for more details.

We offer a Free email advice service for anyone who is looking for guidance but not necessarily seeking Counselling or Coaching Sessions. Please contact us for further details.

Should additional sessions be identified as necessary during the eight sessions contracted for, we will negotiate a new contract.

All sessions can either be paid for upfront online, or paid weekly using the weekly payment plan option. You will be offered the payment plan option at the checkout when you Book your first appointment online via our booking calendar. Contact us if you require any support setting up a suitable payment option.

Should you choose a virtual meeting session via zoom, you will receive an email with a link to the meeting on the day of the meeting, approximately one hour prior.

Your first appointment is an opportunity to identify what your concerns are, whether or not counseling could help you work through your difficulties, or whether another service might be more suitable. During your assessment, you may also ask any questions you have about counseling.

If after your initial appointment you decide that you would like to begin, you will offered a course of seven, one hour counseling sessions,  delivered weekly, fortnightly or monthly whichever suits you best; you decide.

After the initial sessions, your Counsellor will ask if you would like to continue. Counselling is not compulsory, it is for you to decide.

Couples Counselling 

Couples Counselling sessions are available Socially Distanced Face to Face. Offered as  and are charged at £55.00 per 90 minute session.

Your first appointment is a Free assessment session that will last for approximately 90 minutes.

This is an opportunity to identify what your concerns are, whether or not counseling could help you work through your difficulties, or whether another service might be more suitable. During your assessment, you may also ask any questions you have about couples counseling.

If after your initial appointment you decide that you would like to begin, you will offered a course of seven x 90 minute sessions,  delivered weekly, fortnightly or monthly whichever suits you best; you decide. After the initial sessions your Counsellor will asked if you would like to continue. Counselling is not compulsory, it is for you to decide.

Your first appointment is a Free assessment session that will last for 1 hour.

This is an opportunity to identify what your concerns are, whether or not counseling could help you work through your difficulties, or whether another service might be more suitable. During your assessment, you may also ask any questions you have about couples counseling.

If for any reason you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours prior to the appointment start time so we can reschedule your appointment. The eight time-slots allocated to you for counselling, is your time and will not be assigned to another client, even if you are on holiday or cannot attend because of illness or other unavoidable circumstances. The normal fee will be charged for non-attendance or cancelled sessions without prior notice.
