I’m Deborah Crozier, founder of A Positive Start CIC. My own journey through trauma inspired me to create safe, supportive spaces where adults and families can heal, grow, and reconnect with life.
Our team is made up of counsellors, practitioners and student counsellors who share a commitment to trauma-informed, person-centred care. Together, we deliver programmes like Reconnect & Regulate and STAND: Parents as Protectors, which help people build resilience, strengthen relationships, and feel safer in themselves and their communities.
