By joining A Positive Start Wellbeing Community, you agree to the following membership terms. Membership Purpose: Membership contributions help support the work of A Positive Start CIC, a Community Interest Company dedicated to creating trauma-informed spaces for wellbeing, learning and community connection. Membership Payments: Members may choose to contribute either: • Monthly, or • Annually (paid in advance with a discounted rate) Membership payments support the sustainability and development of A Positive Start CIC and its services. Cancellation: Members may cancel their membership at any time by providing 30 days' written notice by email. Cancellation requests should be sent to: info@apositivestart.org.uk Membership will remain active until the end of the 30-day notice period. Annual Membership Payments: Annual memberships are paid in advance and are non-refundable. If a member cancels during their annual membership period, the membership will remain active until the end of the paid annual term. Community Participation: Membership provides access to community gatherings, resources and invitations to events. Participation in activities is optional, and members are welcome to engage at their own pace. Counselling and Therapy Services: Membership of A Positive Start Wellbeing Community does not include counselling or psychotherapy sessions. Therapy sessions are arranged separately and remain subject to availability and standard service fees. Changes to Membership: A Positive Start CIC may make reasonable adjustments to membership activities, events or resources as the community develops. Members will be informed of any significant changes.
