Early Intervention Counselling Placements for Organisations and Employers

A Positive Start CIC offers structured counselling placements for organisations supporting individuals who would benefit from timely emotional support.

Our partner referral pathway provides access to a 12-session early intervention counselling package designed to strengthen wellbeing, improve stability, and reduce the likelihood of difficulties escalating.

Placements are offered in structured 12-session blocks to provide a contained early-intervention pathway that supports meaningful progress while remaining accessible and predictable for referring organisations.

This pathway is suitable for statutory services, employers, schools, colleges, and third-sector organisations seeking a clear and accessible support option for staff, service users, or family members. Sessions are delivered weekly.

  • Delivered in person or online
  • Trauma-Informed, person-centred support
  • Support paced to individual readiness
  • Relational approach
  • Optional integration of nervous system regulation tools
