Do You feel disconnected from yourself?
Stuck in patterns that no longer serve you?
Unsure where to begin, but longing for something to shift?
You're not alone - and you don't have to figure it out on your own.
This gentle and powerful online workshop offers a starting point.
Its not about fixing yourself - its about meeting yourself, with compassion and curiosity. You'll leave with practical tools, a deeper understanding of yourself, and the beginnings of a more nurturing internal relationship.
What to Expect
Sometimes we don't know where to start. Life feels heavy, overwhelming, or disconnected - and the idea of 'self-discovery' can feel like one more thing we don't have time or energy for.
That's exactly why I created the RAPPORT pathway.
In this workshop, you'll be introduced to RAPPORT, a gentle step-by-step self-discovery pathway. RAPPORT is a gentle, step-by-step approach to rebuilding your relationship with yourself. It guides you through Recognising what's going on inside, Accepting where you are, and moving through Processing, Practice, Observation, Reflection and finally Transformation.
Its not about fixing or changing who you are. Its about meeting yourself with compassion, honesty and care.
Each letter in RAPPORT guides you through a meaningful process:
